onebutton1 – HOME

• Basic CLEANING* of one “living” area, size. What’s included – linen changed (please provide clean linen), also dusting and vacuuming.
• For an extra fee, lunch and/or dinner can be provided from my menu below.
• Whether a client selects a meal or not, onebutton1 - HOME travels 15 miles one-way. For any clients over 15 miles there is a fee starting at $0.50 per 0.01 mile each mile or more. So, 15.01 miles cost $22.99 for a 10 X 10 room.
• Baseboards, bathrooms, ceiling fans, doors, drapes, kitchens, room walls, room doors, room drapes, room windows inside and laundry loads, each are extra and will require more time and/or an extra day(s) for an extra fee at an hourly rate. If a room is not listed, that room service is not available.
• Carpet shampooing is ordered and paid by client
• Service is by appointment only
• ½ deposit due when appointment is booked which is non-refundable for basic room cleaning. The balance is due 5 hours the morning before the appointment time.
